Excuses and deliberate lies. Excuses and deliberate lies.Supposedly they was working to get creditors to agree on reduce payment but the savings to me was negligible. Also they only got one company to agree.Then the biggest was I couldn’t look at my account because my apple was not compatible lol

So far, they were able to reach a settlement with one of the creditors and kept me in the loop.
