So far, they were able to reach a settlement with one of the creditors and kept me in the loop. They are more than ready to answer questions and concerns and if there is something I didn't understand, they took charge and handled it. They are very deceitful in their… They are very deceitful in their practices. I was told they would negotiate settlements on my behalf with all my creditors. Come to find out they will only proceed with one at a time. I was informed they would be paying on all accounts by the third or fourth month. They have only contacted one creditor at this time.
