Unfortunately I have had a terrible… Unfortunately I have had a terrible experience with clarity debt resolution. The lack of communication has been the biggest takeaway for me. No proper follow up. The only reason why i continue paying on the loan is because it’s been about a year , if I can find another debt consolidation company to give me a better loan option , I’ll gladly take it.

A true debt settlement company!! Not a cosolidation. I'be been with them since Nov. 2023. The first phone call was just over 2 hours long as they walked me through their process and answered every.single.question. I didn't want a debt consolidation company and they aren't this--they are a debt settlement company. I have 8 cc in their program and 3 have been settled so far. Every other week they are in communication with me and respond promptly to emails. I've known there were debt consolidation companies but I didn't know there was a debt settlement company-and none of these have even gone to collections. I'm very please with the service and constant communication.

Clarity Debt Resolution is a pure scam. Clarity Debt Resolution is a pure scam. Please please please DO not start out trying to alleviate your debt with these people. They do not care about you at all and you will get 4 different answers about your account from 4 different people. They will not close your account like they make you believe. You are only able to close accounts when you have enough money in your “escrow” account with them. They will not pay a dime up front out of their own pocket to help make sure the accounts are closed. It might seem like a good idea for the “interest free” option but I recommend you try other avenues before ever attempting to use them. My credit is now ruined, and they have only closed one of three accounts with an option to close a second one if I paid the full balance off in 3 months aka raise my monthly payment to them by over 1k a month. I plead to anyone that reads this DO NOT fall for their scam and do more research before going with them!!
