Every time I call I get a different representative and some don’t really know what’s going on. I’ve deposited enough money to pay off, but it’s still not resolved!! I’m not sure what’s going on.

The only reason why i continue paying on the loan is because it’s been about a year , if I can find another debt consolidation company to give me a better loan option , I’ll gladly take it.

A true debt settlement company!! Not a cosolidation. I'be been with them since Nov. 2023. The first phone call was just over 2 hours long as they walked me through their process and answered every.single.question. I didn't want a debt consolidation company and they aren't this--they are a debt settlement company. I have 8 cc in their program and 3 have been settled so far. Every other week they are in communication with me and respond promptly to emails. I've known there were debt consolidation companies but I didn't know there was a debt settlement company-and none of these have even gone to collections. I'm very please with the service and constant communication.
