No negotiation is done until you’ve already received legal action for collection lawyers. My recommendation is to go elsewhere or try settling with creditors on your own. Don’t waste your time and money here.

Unfortunately I have had a terrible… Unfortunately I have had a terrible experience with clarity debt resolution. The lack of communication has been the biggest takeaway for me. No proper follow up. The only reason why i continue paying on the loan is because it’s been about a year , if I can find another debt consolidation company to give me a better loan option , I’ll gladly take it.
