No updates from Clarity unless I reach… No updates from Clarity unless I reach out. I am disappointed in the program as they sold it to be different than what it is. No negotiation is done until you’ve already received legal action for collection lawyers. My recommendation is to go elsewhere or try settling with creditors on your own. Don’t waste your time and money here.

Everyone is nice and they are really… Everyone is nice and they are really organized. I wish there was a way to avoid the increase in debt while not making payments and getting late fees. Because by the time you come to an agreement the debt can be a lot more so the % agreement is really like a savings of 30% not 50% less. In my case I probably would have tried to make an agreement with the $500 account sooner to get that closed quickly.

I have one last debt to resolve I have one last debt to resolve, and there’s so much confusion surrounding it! Every time I call I get a different representative and some don’t really know what’s going on. I’ve deposited enough money to pay off, but it’s still not resolved!! I’m not sure what’s going on.
