They haven’t negotiated anything on my behalf in the 8 months I’ve been in the program. I have no idea what they are doing but if the goal was to let every account hit collections instead of negotiating they are spot on. Waiting for the creditors to contact them instead of proactively reaching out to start talks. I could have done this myself without paying for their “services”. I’ll give it a few more months but come the 13 months mark if nothing has changed im likely canceling.
