Then just wait until you need help from your Brandon Ellis Law Firm's client support team, I was on hold for hours everyday for 5 days straight and never did get to talk to anyone, and don't waste your time emailing them because they will tell you to call them. I paid them over $1,200 in 2 months, and received a refund of $6.04, and they didn't settle any accounts. They are a mess.

My wife called and all the sudden they were open. Don't fall for this. I paid 800 a month, 5000 overall and only get 1900 back to deal with it myself
