What a blessing CCC is!! When I finally decided to take this step and reach out to CCC, I was embarrassed. My two credit counselors, were Kelley McTaggart and Gino Padua. Neither one, made me feel bad, they were only helpful and upfront about things. Everything was spelled out for me, they answered all of my questions, especially Gino, was who I communicated with the most. I truly appreciate all the help, as well as this company being available to help those of us who have had a rough time in life and unfortunately had to put some unforeseen charges onto a credit card. Thank you so much for making this available and helping me to get back on a good financial path!

The best decision EVER!! Exceptional service by the CCC team! They were beyond helpful whenever we needed to reschedule payment dates or had any questions along the way. They were ALWAYS accessible and I’ve told any and EVERY person struggling with high interest debt about their services. They’ve helped us pay OFF over 20k in credit card balances and for that I’m forever grateful for them! Keep up the great work CCC and THANK YOU!! Skeptical at first; now wishing I did it a long time ago. I was skeptical going into this knowing that my credit would take a hit from their credit check and then another hit from having a “Charged Off” account on my credit. I went forward with CCC knowing I couldn’t afford not to by cutting my interest rate by 75%. Only today I find out that it’s a soft credit check AND they work with the creditors to simply lower the interest and doesn’t show the “Charged off” on my credit report! How can it get better than that?

Optimistic New Member I am a new enrollee in the program & I have a lot of hope my debt is paid off faster as CCC says. Simply happy the program is available & I qualified. Kelley was particularly helpful and patient! I have a lot of hope!
