USExcellent Customer Service I am so glad I called Century Support Services. I was looking for a loan but got a much better and more sound option. Eddie Murillo, my customer service rep was awesome! He was so pleasant to work with, I feel like I met a new friend. He was extremely knowledgeable of the program services and very patient. He walked me through the program, explained everything in detail and made sure I understood my options. He answered all of my questions to ensure I made the decision that was best for me. But the service after the sale will be the best thing about the situation, if Brad is as straightforward as he convinced me of. chuckle He made it as quick and painless as possible and was replete with anecdotal stuff to bond over. Lmao A potentially awkward and unhappily necessary situation was nicely streamlined. Again, the proof is in the pudding and it's barely been long enough to have any sense of that aspect. So far so good!
