Extremely impressed with Elias D Let me start off by saying i had absolutely no intention on signing up or even dealing with my debt. To be honest i get so many of these calls i was about to say something rude and hang up but he was so polite I decided to listen to the pitch again. Elias was very direct and was genuinely helpful. I only signed on because how informative and comfortable he made me. Every question and concern was answered until i understood. I probably would never have taken the steps to get out of debt if it wasnt for his great personality. Having been bombarded by offers online… Having been bombarded by offers online I chose Century Support Services as they had very good ratings customer reviews. I’m totally satisfied with my decision as there were no hidden fees or any information that would cause me to pause. The bottom line on this is I’ve gotten a great program to lower my monthly payments into one very acceptable payment. I’d like to give a shout out to Jeff Rubin who handled my program and understood he was dealing with a 73 year old man whose lack of financial ability was brought him to need his assistance with kindness and compassion.

Excellent Customer Service I am so glad I called Century Support Services. I was looking for a loan but got a much better and more sound option. Eddie Murillo, my customer service rep was awesome! He was so pleasant to work with, I feel like I met a new friend. He was extremely knowledgeable of the program services and very patient. He walked me through the program, explained everything in detail and made sure I understood my options. He answered all of my questions to ensure I made the decision that was best for me.
