Positive experience I was apprehensive when I first considered debt management. I was referred to Cambridge by the employee assistance program at my job. It really was one of the best decisions I've made. I still had to pay out $400 per month during the program, but Cambridge got my creditors to lower my interest rates significantly (29% to 8% in one case). No more late fees, over the limit fees etc. The service fee was modest - about the same as an online newspaper subscription. I knew they were legit when they kept insisting that I set a budget and that I keep my car maintained. I'm done with my debt now. Customer service was always available and attentive.

Someone actually took the time to fix the issue I have sent emails and made several calls regarding miscommunication w creditors and Cambridge and it took four months for someone to resolve it. Tara Cross was very attentive and made the effort no one I previously spoke with. She went above and beyond to rectify the issue in less than a week.

I was up to debt to a point that bankruptcy looked like the only solution for me but after talking to Cambridge they put me on a debt management plan and after almost five years I completed the plan. Completing the plan truly feels like a great achievement, I'm debt free and now have the ability to save money and not worry about having debt hanging over my head.
