I did it.. and so can you! After having a very painful talk with myself I had to admit I was in financial trouble. My credit card use was out of control. So I swallowed my pride and gave Cambridge Credit Counseling a call. Within minutes CCC talked with the companies and got me a repayment plan I could afford. Now, 44 months later, I am completely debt free! I got myself into trouble, and I worked hard to get myself out of it. It is a wonderful feeling to know I am debt free.

Positive experience I was apprehensive when I first considered debt management. I was referred to Cambridge by the employee assistance program at my job. It really was one of the best decisions I've made. I still had to pay out $400 per month during the program, but Cambridge got my creditors to lower my interest rates significantly (29% to 8% in one case). No more late fees, over the limit fees etc. The service fee was modest - about the same as an online newspaper subscription. I knew they were legit when they kept insisting that I set a budget and that I keep my car maintained. I'm done with my debt now. Customer service was always available and attentive.
