I have not been able to rapidly reduce my outstanding obligations. The VDS proposal made good financial sense. They will negotiate a substantial reduction in the outstanding balance due on my obligations to possibly 50%, and stop the interest charges, and thereby start a new lower debt payoff for all the current debt to a monthly amount that is substantialy less than it is now, with a monthly payment that is much lower than I was paying.
