After a couple of months, I got approved for bj's credit card, I love it and I'm so excited with the benefits it comes along with. I'm so glad that I tried to trust them and believed them! I see now and I believe they know what thye're doing!!

GBThe rep I spoke with encouraged me to… The rep I spoke with encouraged me to share my honest feedback about The Credit Pros, and here I am! I just wanted to share that I'm really happy with my score going up and each time I call these reps are teaching me all that I need to know, and even some tips that I did not learn from the videos they have up on their site. IThey're really doing what they're paid to do, and that is kudos to whover is training them or managing these reps I guess?

GBBuyer Beware If I could rate less than 1 star I would. Not only did they do nothing to repair my credit but I called to get the “guaranteed 90 day refund” and was told I couldn’t get my money refunded. The woman I spoke to was extremely unhelpful so I hung up to call back and talk to someone else. In the meantime I was sent an email saying the refund was processed. Well, it went to a closed bank account. Had she given me the opportunity to give her my new bank account information that wouldn’t have happened. Now they’re saying they can’t resend it. This is a crooked, shady company and I don’t know how they have such good reviews. Buyer beware. Update: my money was refunded but once AGAIN to the wrong account. Idk what is wrong with these people but listening is very clearly not their forte.
