Buyer Beware If I could rate less than 1 star I would. Not only did they do nothing to repair my credit but I called to get the “guaranteed 90 day refund” and was told I couldn’t get my money refunded. The woman I spoke to was extremely unhelpful so I hung up to call back and talk to someone else. In the meantime I was sent an email saying the refund was processed. Well, it went to a closed bank account. Had she given me the opportunity to give her my new bank account information that wouldn’t have happened. Now they’re saying they can’t resend it. This is a crooked, shady company and I don’t know how they have such good reviews. Buyer beware. Update: my money was refunded but once AGAIN to the wrong account. Idk what is wrong with these people but listening is very clearly not their forte.
