Lied to, and robbed of my financial security. I applied for a short term loan, twice over a period of two years during very sudden moves into two new apartments due to life emergencies. Without realizing they had not been forthright about the incredibly high interest rate of over 800% annual, I was coerced into signing on a loan that unbeknownst to me, ended up costing me twice the amount I had even taken up the loan for. This was in direct contravention of the information i was provided, and when called I was relegated to speaking with an outsourced call center who couldn't provide any verification of my loan details, and essentially said if i had made even larger payments than were agreed upon, they wouldn't have charged me so much. The fact that this happened twice, based on what was intentionally misleading information from the loan agent is unconscionable. The fact that it is "legal" for a company like this do to business shows me that it is utterly devoid of moral compass. I have been lied to, and robbed of what little financial security I have fought for, and this company is responsible. Do NOT put your trust in this utterly predatory company, and do NOT provide them any access to your finances whatsoever. Follow up: the response from the company does not lead to any follow-up, as their contact email is either fake, or not set up to allow incoming emails. There is no current way to directly contact Majestic Lake Financial by either phone or Email.

Majestic Lake Financial is always there… Majestic Lake Financial is always there in a pinch. This is an expensive form of borrowing money and MLF make sure to explain everything in detail to ensure their clients are aware. Their customer service department is very professional and responsive. They are amazing!

Fast Fast, easy to apply, and friendly staff only downfall is the huge interest rate. If you can, try to get a loan through your bank but if this your only resort I understand but be prepared to pay off your loan for a good while.

Great customer service!! Great customer service!!! I am currently on my 4th loan with this company. What I like most about this company compared to others when I have questions and want answers I can call and you talk to one person you don’t get bounced around to multiple associates and everyone is always helpful. I also like the convenience they put money into your account don’t need to go to bank and deposit check and they take it out when due and never earlier than they are supposed to. I recommend this company if you need cash quick. Just remember it’s higher interest so if you can pay it off early there are no penalties for this. CG
