Being in debt is a stressful and frightening experience for me, as I am sure it must be for everyone who is struggling financially.....it is certainly nothing that I could handle on my own. The agent I am working with, Sandy Pfeil, is always very kind and patient, truly listening to and understanding what I have to say and dealing with my questions and concerns. She always answers my phone calls in a timely manner and is generous in the time she spends in speaking with me.
