The fact that during my time with… The fact that during my time with Glacier Bay, not once did I have to worry that I would be contacted by any creditor. Glacier Bay took care of everything. On top of that, Glacier Bay kept me informed as far as my status in paying off my debt and answered all my questions.

Amazing experience I was doubtful doing this. I was nervous and kind of scared to be honest. Glacier Bay was the best thing I could’ve done. I was always kept up to date and when I needed answers I was treated with respect and got everything I needed. Special thanks to Melissa Duran. She is knowledgeable, uplifting, and kind. Knowledgeabilatey of Glasher Bay I talked with Melissa Duran on the phone when my process all started and she made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She was very knowledgeable on my needs and answered all my questions when asked. She also made me feel at ease by telling me if I have any questions or concerns on anything not to hesitate to call,which I did several times. I have recommended this company to friends who were having the issues I was. I don't plan on having this ever happen again but I would use this company without thinking twice
