GBFANTASTIC RETURN!!!!! I was skeptical of using Zindo because it sounded too good to be true. However, once I understood that they would do the work before they invoiced me, I figured why not give them a try. Now I understand their business model, they are building relationships for the long term. At $125 this makes even my small accounts worth pursuing. My receivables have increased by 42% in my last 2 fiscal quarters. Impressed with, not only the proficiency of their processes, but also the consistent professional services and assistance they provide. Definitely a 5 star rating.

GBVeterinary past due accounts PAID! My Veterinary practice was drowning in past due accounts and Zindo has made the collection process easy and successful. I could not be happier with this company, their ease of operation, and results! If you want to be paid for your hard work use ZINDO! Libby Rees, DVM

GBVery helpful, highly recommend! Downloaded the free whitepaper which included the “Timeline for Success.” This didn’t cost me anything and really helped my staff understand how to make sure our good customers don’t slip away. Now they know what to do to prevent a late payer from becoming past due. That’s half the battle.

GBA hassle to work with and confusion regarding services Zindo was able to collect but only partially. A large outstanding balance remains unpaid. The first demand letter sent by an Zindo Attorney was sent hastily, no attention to detail, full of errors and sent much sooner than I expected. I wasn’t given an opportunity to review the demand letter before it sent, to update the outstanding amount due for collection. There was a lag time between my first communication with Zindo and the first demand letter sent, which was over a month. The collection amount had risen substantially but the demand letter was sent based on the previous amount to be collected. Throughout the entire process I was constantly reminded that we are not their ideal customer. It felt like they were saying, we’er doing you a favor here and would rather not be bothered with servicing your account. There was miscommunication throughout the entire process and we had several different Zindo representatives corresponding with us. According to Zindo, there are four levels of service which they provide as needed. Demand letters or phone calls, but we received only two. When the third level was requested, we we’re treated horribly while being told that our business didn’t fit their business model. We are a non emergency medical logistics company. Our experience with Zindo was okay. A substantial amount remains outstanding and a 3rd level phone call or collection effort was not given as they said it would be. After being treated as a pain in the ***, rather than a paying client, we hired another collection firm to continue the process. We will not be using Zindo in the future. Zindo offered a refund which was taken as an insult by this point.

GBWay more affordable than hiring an attorney I knew that if I simply sent my slow paying customers a demand letter from an attorney they would pay me. The squeaky wheel always gets the grease. I couldn’t get an attorney to send a demand letter for less than $450. Zindo does so much more for less than $200 per customer, which is worth it to me to make sure I get paid. The subscription I have says I can cancel anytime, so I’m not locked in to anything if I don’t need them.
