They have a priority issue They have a priority issue. Priority should involve taking care of their clients concerns, however, whether they provided a friendly service... they did not take care of the issues we had addressed. We paid them fully, and eventually dropped them, because we did what we had asked them to do! My spouse had a school loan, addressed it with them and told them that we wanted this to be highest priority. He went to check it out, and successfully got it removed from his report. This was after 3 months with them. That's when we canceled their service. Friendly but NOT professional. It's all an act.

MSI Credit has definitely been the best… MSI Credit has definitely been the best credit solution company. I have dealt with so many in the past years and spent so much money and time and they couldn't do what MSI has in the little time they have. We immediately saw progress and saw the letters being sent to the bureau asap! Also the price is super affordable. I will keep recommending friends and family.
