GBGood customer service someone always… Good customer service someone always answers the phone. Overall my experience has been less than expected. They have had one item removed from my credit so far in the past 4 months not sure if it’s worth the money so far close to 1000$ not sure if that justifies the removal of one item but was told it is a 6 month program so will update my review at that time.

GBJaron from MSI is very knowledgeable and very helpful… Jaron is such an awesome and amazing rep from MSI. He communicates and throughly explains everything to me until I fully understand what I asked. He is so knowledgeable about credit. MSI is a company that is worth it for your long term goals like removing collections, removing old bills you then already paid in full, just everything so you purchased a house or car, Etc.
