Professional and Experienced Agent I had a great experience with Cheryl Johnson. She was very professional and patient with me as I am not very computer literate. Cheryl stuck with me from beginning to end. She answered all of my questions even the silly ones. Cheryl assured me I was making the right decisions. I would like to thank her for her guidance, patience and professionalism.

Customer Service Agents were wonderful… My customer agents Anthony and Shantai were very professional. They talked me thorough the process, all my options, answered all my questions and both agents were very friendly. They made me comfortable enough to trust the process and Altitude Debt Advisors.
