Cheryl Johnson was the first person I… Cheryl Johnson was the first person I spoke with and she was very patient and understanding that I am older and am not technology adept and that I was very Leary because I have been scammed and very fearful because I don’t trust. Seriously if I hadn’t had her patience to re explain things multiple times so I could process each step I don’t think I would have signed on. She walked me every step of the way as well as explaining more than just the next step and when I hit a wall with the process and she wasn’t able to help she connected me with dept that could and then asked me to tell her how it was fixed so she would know if it happened again. Her enthusiasm, professionalism, and genuine excitement was an asset to signing up AND feeling comfortable. I’m not sure the date below is EXACT because I talked to her multiple times with in the last week of Oct to when I signed on

On a scale 1 to 10. 10 being the highest. 9.5 is where I would rate my experience. So far it's been a great experience. I was past to the 3rd individual that helped me combined my debt.. Macoy, he was my agent. The training that he has received has obviously bled into the professionalism of his job. Outstanding gentleman. I shared a few personal experiences with him. As he did with me as well. Very easy to understand his English. God bless America. And I'm thankful for the verbal detail of the English that you all hopefully are putting into every telephone individual. The experience was a 10 thus far..
