Seriously if I hadn’t had her patience to re explain things multiple times so I could process each step I don’t think I would have signed on. She walked me every step of the way as well as explaining more than just the next step and when I hit a wall with the process and she wasn’t able to help she connected me with dept that could and then asked me to tell her how it was fixed so she would know if it happened again. Her enthusiasm, professionalism, and genuine excitement was an asset to signing up AND feeling comfortable.
