Great Company! I have been doing business with Simple Wholesaling for many years. They take so much pride in doing what they say they will do. As an investor doing a lot of transactions it’s nice to have a partner to buy from like Simple Wholesale. Simple Quarters Simple Quarters, LLC was very helpful in helping me sell my property in the Anderson area. They reached out to me immediately after I had submitted my information and was able to get my property sold within a week. Last year I had put my house on the market without going through Simple Quarters, and my realtor that I had found on my own was not helpful at all. Great Company to work with As a realtor, working with Simple Quarters, LLC was one of the easiest transactions I've had in my real estate career. Unprofessional data practices lead to harassment of orphans This company has no concept of keeping their marketing data clean. They send an offer soliciting for a listing to my DEAD father. He has been DEAD for three years. I no longer have parents and these people don't even have the decency to check their marketing list for people who have been DEAD for THREE Freaking years. I am a Licensed Realtor and these kind of crappy fly by night practices are what cause the first recession and if you do business with them you invite the next one. When I called the Customer service rep did apologize and agree to remove my address, however she was unable/unwilling to provide the source for my dead father's name being targeted.

Very unprofessional company that cares nothing about you except to make money off of you Recently had simple quarters reality purchase the home we were living in. Long story short our home was sold out from under us by a family member, simple quarters purchased the home no fault to them their. After purchasing the house they had us evicted,still no fault to them. Now the problem I have is after the eviction we was unable to remove all of our belongings in time so simple quarters hired jones movers to remove the rest of our belongings. They are responsible for taking any and all things left instead they took it upon themselves to break things of ours put personal items such as mail, kids school pictures, home decor, family items left by mygrandparents, even my dad's military photo album in trash bags and set them out for trash removal. They put ours and our children's beds out in the back yard to be thrown away, all of these items and much more now have been ruined do to their lack of caring and unprofessional behavior. If a company cares this little about a family's personal belongings then why do you think they would care about your home or you in any deal. Not to mention I have called several different numbers listed for this business and every one of them has a busy signal no matter what time you call. Seems alittle strange coming from a company with such high reviews. One would think you would eventually get a live person on the phone since you are trying to sell a home for a large amount of money, that is not the case with this company. Do your self a favor first and do some research on this before doing business with them or you might regret it.
