Very bad experience with this company Very bad experience with this company. This company backed out of a Signed Purchase Agreement. With no legit reason per several local realtors and legal advise experts. I will be proceeding through small claims or civil court this week. I don't recommend this company. Although, Ronnie was very nice and pleasant in person and over the phone!

Great company to deal with. Great company to deal with. I was looking at selling my home because of the deteriorating area, but then a family medical emergency meant I needed to sell asap.
