Horrible Service As an affiliate and customer ID like To say the company started out great. Owner Mark was amazing. UNTIL they weren't. I've been working with this company as a client for the past nine months. I was told that I would be able to have a timeshare removed and my credit repaired none of which has happened. I have expressed my dissatisfaction with the owner Mark and ask for my refund because I am on a time limit to purchase a home and my credit is not getting any better there's literally no change in anything since the start of my program with them. The owner has expressed me the troubles he's had in his company and although I feel that that is a horrible situation the fact remains that I paid for a service that has not been completed. The owner does not want to give me a refund and I am forced to have to pay another company to do the work that they cannot do. This company has not kept their promise of satisfaction guarantee and they have wasted 9 months of my time with little to generic work. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY THEY PROMISE ALOT AND UNDERDELIVER

Time Share Cancellation! We are trying to get out of a Time Share and Consumer Consulting is helping us with that and you are evidently associated with them. Our Credit Score continues to climb as we are hopefully getting closer to resolving our issue.

Ok work Ok. doing what seems to be expected for now. almost missed seeing the interesting attachment at the end of their email, but I got it. working together with the law group i am certain we are all in good hands.

Wished I would have met these guys first These guys seem to go the extra10 miles.i have never dealt with a more motivated bunch of people that genuinely enjoy what they do.I talked to Mark on the phone several different times for over an hour each time (I am not a phone person 5 minutes is a long call for me) He was informative, imparted alot of unknown laws and regulations to me and broaden my understanding of credit use,ratings, and how people molest u by saying something that sounds like what u need but is only more problems. THESE GUYS U CAN TRUST UNLIKE SOME WHO PROMISE U THE WORLD AND LEAVE U HOLDING A BAG FULL MANURE. I AM PROUD TO KNOW THEM AND EVEN PROUDER THAT I DIDN'T USE ANY BAD LANGUAGE. A FEW 4 LETTER ADJECTIVES WOULD HSVE MADE THIS CLEARER TO ALOT OF PEOPLE
