They were very pleasant and explained to me how they were going to do my disputes and protect my credit. They were responsive when leaving messages and answered all my questions. They did a great job during the process and did exactly what they said they were going to do! I glad I put the situation in their hands and now I'm timeshare stress free! Help From Trade Guardian Mark from Trade Guardian has been so professional, helpful, and extremely patient. He has worked with me explaining everything. (more than once at times) Not only did he respond professionally he responded quickly. He never once made me wait for a phone call or an email, even with the covid-19 crisis situation going on, which was amazing.

Wished I would have met these guys first These guys seem to go the extra10 miles.i have never dealt with a more motivated bunch of people that genuinely enjoy what they do.I talked to Mark on the phone several different times for over an hour each time (I am not a phone person 5 minutes is a long call for me) He was informative, imparted alot of unknown laws and regulations to me and broaden my understanding of credit use,ratings, and how people molest u by saying something that sounds like what u need but is only more problems. Mark Anderson to the rescue Mark was extremely informative. He explained our rights under Federal laws. He helped with protecting against a timeshare scam which they all are while helping protect our credit at the same time. I would recommend Mark A he will get the job done and fast.
