They were very pleasant and explained to me how they were going to do my disputes and protect my credit. They were responsive when leaving messages and answered all my questions. They did a great job during the process and did exactly what they said they were going to do! I glad I put the situation in their hands and now I'm timeshare stress free! Mark Anderson to the rescue Mark was extremely informative. He explained our rights under Federal laws. He helped with protecting against a timeshare scam which they all are while helping protect our credit at the same time. I would recommend Mark A he will get the job done and fast.

What Do they day? All items that I sent as paid off or that are closed are still reflecting negatively on my credit report. My timeshare is still open and it has not even gotten close to being closed. What am I paying this company for? A total waste.

Ok work Ok. doing what seems to be expected for now. almost missed seeing the interesting attachment at the end of their email, but I got it. working together with the law group i am certain we are all in good hands.
