Time Share Cancellation! We are trying to get out of a Time Share and Consumer Consulting is helping us with that and you are evidently associated with them. Our Credit Score continues to climb as we are hopefully getting closer to resolving our issue.

Excellent customer service So far the customer service we have received has been really good! The staff at Trade Guardian are friendly and professional. Once we enrolled in their program to get out of our timeshare contract, they have consistently given us updates in the process. Mark Anderson has been excellent in explaining the process and keeping us informed. Although we have just begun our process - we would be happy to give an update to this review at a later time. Looking forward to working with this company as we proceed to clear and repair our credit and also get released from this burdensome debt.

They were very pleasant and explained to me how they were going to do my disputes and protect my credit. They were responsive when leaving messages and answered all my questions. They did a great job during the process and did exactly what they said they were going to do! I glad I put the situation in their hands and now I'm timeshare stress free! What Do they day? All items that I sent as paid off or that are closed are still reflecting negatively on my credit report. My timeshare is still open and it has not even gotten close to being closed. What am I paying this company for? A total waste.
