They were very pleasant and explained to me how they were going to do my disputes and protect my credit. They were responsive when leaving messages and answered all my questions. We are senior citizens that have been… We are senior citizens that have been taken advantage of and due to false statements. We were manipulated in buying a point system which was not clear by phone nor did they take time in providing a document explaining the renewal. We were blind-sided and we no longer want to belong to our vacation club because many things that we agreed to no longer exist. We contacted the Consumer Group for guidance and assistance requesting a full refund on our vacation weeks and renewal fees. Time Share Cancellation! We are trying to get out of a Time Share and Consumer Consulting is helping us with that and you are evidently associated with them. Our Credit Score continues to climb as we are hopefully getting closer to resolving our issue.

What Do they day? All items that I sent as paid off or that are closed are still reflecting negatively on my credit report. My timeshare is still open and it has not even gotten close to being closed. What am I paying this company for? A total waste.
