Trade Guardian did everything that they… Trade Guardian did everything that they said they would do & most of all they protected my credit score from day 1 of this nightmare until the very end & now my credit score is even better than it was before this drama occurred last year. Mark Anderson to the rescue Mark was extremely informative. He explained our rights under Federal laws. He helped with protecting against a timeshare scam which they all are while helping protect our credit at the same time. I would recommend Mark A he will get the job done and fast.

What Do they day? All items that I sent as paid off or that are closed are still reflecting negatively on my credit report. My timeshare is still open and it has not even gotten close to being closed. What am I paying this company for? A total waste.

Ok work Ok. doing what seems to be expected for now. almost missed seeing the interesting attachment at the end of their email, but I got it. working together with the law group i am certain we are all in good hands.

Excellent customer service So far the customer service we have received has been really good! The staff at Trade Guardian are friendly and professional. Once we enrolled in their program to get out of our timeshare contract, they have consistently given us updates in the process. Mark Anderson has been excellent in explaining the process and keeping us informed. Although we have just begun our process - we would be happy to give an update to this review at a later time. Looking forward to working with this company as we proceed to clear and repair our credit and also get released from this burdensome debt.
