Excellent customer service So far the customer service we have received has been really good! The staff at Trade Guardian are friendly and professional. Once we enrolled in their program to get out of our timeshare contract, they have consistently given us updates in the process. Mark Anderson has been excellent in explaining the process and keeping us informed. Although we have just begun our process - we would be happy to give an update to this review at a later time. Looking forward to working with this company as we proceed to clear and repair our credit and also get released from this burdensome debt.

Help From Trade Guardian Mark from Trade Guardian has been so professional, helpful, and extremely patient. He has worked with me explaining everything. (more than once at times) Not only did he respond professionally he responded quickly. He never once made me wait for a phone call or an email, even with the covid-19 crisis situation going on, which was amazing.

Trade Guardian did everything that they… Trade Guardian did everything that they said they would do & most of all they protected my credit score from day 1 of this nightmare until the very end & now my credit score is even better than it was before this drama occurred last year. Trade Guardian was my Guardian Angel🤗😇👍
