GBWished I would have met these guys first These guys seem to go the extra10 miles.i have never dealt with a more motivated bunch of people that genuinely enjoy what they do.I talked to Mark on the phone several different times for over an hour each time (I am not a phone person 5 minutes is a long call for me) He was informative, imparted alot of unknown laws and regulations to me and broaden my understanding of credit use,ratings, and how people molest u by saying something that sounds like what u need but is only more problems. THESE GUYS U CAN TRUST UNLIKE SOME WHO PROMISE U THE WORLD AND LEAVE U HOLDING A BAG FULL MANURE. I AM PROUD TO KNOW THEM AND EVEN PROUDER THAT I DIDN'T USE ANY BAD LANGUAGE. A FEW 4 LETTER ADJECTIVES WOULD HSVE MADE THIS CLEARER TO ALOT OF PEOPLE

GBExcellent customer service So far the customer service we have received has been really good! The staff at Trade Guardian are friendly and professional. Once we enrolled in their program to get out of our timeshare contract, they have consistently given us updates in the process. Mark Anderson has been excellent in explaining the process and keeping us informed. Although we have just begun our process - we would be happy to give an update to this review at a later time. Looking forward to working with this company as we proceed to clear and repair our credit and also get released from this burdensome debt.

GBI am not satisfied with the lack of… I am not satisfied with the lack of communication. I have not been able to obtain any feedback or status on my case. I do not obtain returned phone calls or emails. I have not received any benefit from this Service??? If I don't obtain any positive results or any communication immediately, I should be fully reimbursed for the lack of Service and communication.

GBWhat Do they day? All items that I sent as paid off or that are closed are still reflecting negatively on my credit report. My timeshare is still open and it has not even gotten close to being closed. What am I paying this company for? A total waste.
