GBI am not satisfied with the lack of… I am not satisfied with the lack of communication. I have not been able to obtain any feedback or status on my case. I do not obtain returned phone calls or emails. I have not received any benefit from this Service??? If I don't obtain any positive results or any communication immediately, I should be fully reimbursed for the lack of Service and communication.

GBWe are senior citizens that have been… We are senior citizens that have been taken advantage of and due to false statements. We were manipulated in buying a point system which was not clear by phone nor did they take time in providing a document explaining the renewal. We were blind-sided and we no longer want to belong to our vacation club because many things that we agreed to no longer exist. We contacted the Consumer Group for guidance and assistance requesting a full refund on our vacation weeks and renewal fees. So far, your company is keeping on deadlines, letters are good, and we feel you are knowledgeable, especially, business sells manipulations. We are pleased with the courtesy and attention by phone calls received. We are pleased with your staff and information on what to expect. Hopefully, they will keep up the good work so, we can keep our confidence in them. Thanks

GBExcellent customer service So far the customer service we have received has been really good! The staff at Trade Guardian are friendly and professional. Once we enrolled in their program to get out of our timeshare contract, they have consistently given us updates in the process. Mark Anderson has been excellent in explaining the process and keeping us informed. Although we have just begun our process - we would be happy to give an update to this review at a later time. Looking forward to working with this company as we proceed to clear and repair our credit and also get released from this burdensome debt.
