USA new customer A new customer. I’m in customer service. People on the phone are friendly but on both occasions I needed resolution for an issue, I had to wait days for a return call. Most recently (today) I was notified I was 60 days late on payment with one of the creditors turned over to Navicore. I had to pay $298 to not effect my credit. Not good. In fact, very bad for me. Two months into being a new customer, I had to rescue myself from hurting my credit after consolidating with Navicore. Disappointed.

USI appreciate the help I have been given… I appreciate the help I have been given to pay down my credit.. I would like to see Navicore Solutions give me an appreciation for staying with the group and committing to my payment plan. Maybe giving me a credit for three months of service fee (50.00). Which could be applied to one of my creditors. A Christmas bonus. Yes. But I’m grateful.
