The service rep was honest about how my… The service rep was honest about how my credit rating would tank but would improve. It has. My biggest complaint is that my time for making payments has increased twice, so instead if being done on Oct of this year, it was extended to Jan and just recently to April, I think. Didn't get regular updates either however; all this is minor knowing that my credit is improving and my debts are being paid. I am grateful for Netdebt.

Deceiving Company The estimated time frame they’ll give you until your done with the program is way off from predictions. Then when you cancel your program , speak with two separate managers, who ensure your program has been canceled. They draft your money anyways!! Even in the hectic time , during a pandemic they still drafted my money, even though I had canceled the program a week ago. It’s been hell dealing with net debt. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with this company!!!

Don't go with them opened the account to help pay off my debt because after I had my son I used some of my credit cards to pay his hospital bill, and it just stated accumulating more. I was given an amount that they would negotiate and that would be what I would pay, but as the time went on my bill kept getting higher and I ended up paying much more than what I originally owed. I ended up pulling out my biggest account and settling it on my own. Live and learn, I would never recommend this company to anyone. They don't help, they just add to the stress.

They’ve helped me beyond belief...they… They’ve helped me beyond belief...they answered all my questions...they are taking care of my creditors so I don’t have to...the relief off my mind has been unbelievable...I’m in chronic physical pain and have been hospitalized several times and to not deal with creditors has been great...I’d recognize them to everyone who needs to get out of debt and want to rebuild their credit rating...

The program was difficult at the start… The program was difficult at the start because I had never been in a situation like it before. The calls and letters from creditors were hard to take. I wanted instant results. At the seven month of the program things started getting settled nd I was very happy. I still have along way to go but I am currently satisfied with the program.
