Deceiving Company The estimated time frame they’ll give you until your done with the program is way off from predictions. Then when you cancel your program , speak with two separate managers, who ensure your program has been canceled. They draft your money anyways!! Even in the hectic time , during a pandemic they still drafted my money, even though I had canceled the program a week ago. It’s been hell dealing with net debt. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with this company!!!

Now whenever I get one of th8 "get ready to go to court and lose everything you have" messages, cause just let the calls go to voicemail as advised, I know it is just bluff.

When I call, I speak with a live representative, never have to wait or placed on hold. I am very satisfied with the decision I made to be in the program & be debt free. I’ve been in the program less than a year & two account have already been settled. I received a message today that the third account is willing to settle now. Seamless process They have been great the entire time. For a person who always pays their bills on time, but knew I was seconds away from drowning and had no other option but to stop paying them was the hardest challenge for me. They assured me this was a seamless process but would take time. I paid as much as I could possibly afford without jeopardizing my livelihood and they handled the rest.
