Jina Underwood I “inherited” a 50k debt when my Uncle died of Covid last year. For 3 months I communicated with Jina Underwood for the purpose of resolving this debt. There were many frustrations and bumps in the road in this process mostly due to externalities. There were times I wanted to scream at someone but it was difficult if not impossible to determine who was blameworthy. My biggest complaint is that my time for making payments has increased twice, so instead if being done on Oct of this year, it was extended to Jan and just recently to April, I think. Didn't get regular updates either however; all this is minor knowing that my credit is improving and my debts are being paid. I am grateful for Netdebt.

Seamless process They have been great the entire time. For a person who always pays their bills on time, but knew I was seconds away from drowning and had no other option but to stop paying them was the hardest challenge for me.
