Failure to provide service!!! I paid for legal services that I did not receive. Several of my enrolled debts have gone to court with no representative from Great Lakes and I ended up with judgments and garnishments. This company has long hold times and you won't get questions resolved. Don't hire these people!!! Beware!!!
