Great Lakes Law Firm sub-contracted… Great Lakes Law Firm sub-contracted with Ms. Crystal Banse of Banse Law Group of Madison, Wisconsin. Ms. Banse has gone out of her way to assist me with issues with Bank of America, driving most of the way upstate to appear with me. She also has dealt with and answered my concerns about Great Lakes. Failure to provide service!!! I paid for legal services that I did not receive. Several of my enrolled debts have gone to court with no representative from Great Lakes and I ended up with judgments and garnishments. This company has long hold times and you won't get questions resolved. Don't hire these people!!! Beware!!!
