GBMisled We were told repeatedly that we can cancel anytime and that things don't start until we have our welcome meeting. We went through with their notary but didn't do the welcome meeting and were going to cancel after thinking more about it. Well despite that almost $700 was deducted automatically from my account. They cancelled for me and said I'd get my money back after their processing fees. After nearly a month I just got $57 back. Insane.

GBFailure to provide service!!! I paid for legal services that I did not receive. Several of my enrolled debts have gone to court with no representative from Great Lakes and I ended up with judgments and garnishments. This company has long hold times and you won't get questions resolved. Don't hire these people!!! Beware!!!
