I’m usually not one to write reviews… I’m usually not one to write reviews but, after neglecting my credit for years I finally had the courage to take a look at my credit report and I was in complete shock. So much stuff I didn’t even know existed. Old debt for Comcast, AT&T, an apartment complex I left because they had roaches, car insurance, medical, so much!!!! Pages and pages of companies I’ve never heard off all saying that I owe the money. Made my head spin. I was going to let it go but, I decided that I was going to do something about my scores once and for all. I signed up a few months ago with creditfirm.net and although we’re not done yet, we’re making great progress. I had 17 accounts removed so far and my scores are starting to go up. I know that there’s a lot more work to do and that this process takes time but, for the first time in a while I have hope, hope that things will be better, and I have faith in creditfirm. DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY This is totally very frustrating to deal with these people. They dont email, call, or answer any questions. They simply stop responding to you. You have to literally cancel your card and get a new one since they don't stop charging your card. Update 8/16/21 They replied to my review comment today, but nothing has been done on my behalf. Nothing has been removed from my credit report. No agency has changed anything, they mentioned they mailed out stuff, but the only thing they did was update my address to the current one. Horrible service

results after 3 weeks I just started with credit firm about 3 weeks ago and I'm already getting deletions! I just had 8 accounts deleted and considering the fact that I spent 7 months paying Lexington Law $100 a month for literally nothing, I can't believe that in 3 weeks I'm finally getting some movement on my report. I don't know whether I should feel happy about the fact that I found credit firm and I'm getting great results or mad at the fact that I wasted SOOOOOOOOO much money on lexington law! At one point lexington only disputed 1 account in a 60 day period! Don't waste your money with Lexington like I did, use credit firm and save yourself the money and aggravation.

Communication: A++++++ I don't know what these people are talking about. I can get ahold of someone anytime I need even at 3am. I got 4 accounts deleted after my first month. This company is worth every penny. Some people aren't happy no matter waht, I'm happy with the service, communication and most important the results.

Let's be real Let's be real, I could have done all this myself for free, but I don't have the time or motivation to sit here, write these letters, follow up, and deal with all this nonsense. I got these guys to do the work for me and to be honest, I don't regret it for one moment. I could have saved a few hundred bucks doing this stuff myself but, I work enough at my job and don't need to be on the clock when I get home. Credit Firm did all the work for me and removed a bunch of debt from my reports. Scores went up, well worth it.
