Communication: A++++++ I don't know what these people are talking about. I can get ahold of someone anytime I need even at 3am. I got 4 accounts deleted after my first month. This company is worth every penny. Some people aren't happy no matter waht, I'm happy with the service, communication and most important the results.

I wasn't expecting much, BUT WOW! My expectations were low going in. I have used other credit repair services before. I spend a year watching Lexington Law dispute 2 accounts at a time with nothing to show for it. THIS IS ON A WHOLE NOTHER LEVEL! One month in and I'm already starting to see accounts comin off. results after 3 weeks I just started with credit firm about 3 weeks ago and I'm already getting deletions! I just had 8 accounts deleted and considering the fact that I spent 7 months paying Lexington Law $100 a month for literally nothing, I can't believe that in 3 weeks I'm finally getting some movement on my report. I don't know whether I should feel happy about the fact that I found credit firm and I'm getting great results or mad at the fact that I wasted SOOOOOOOOO much money on lexington law! At one point lexington only disputed 1 account in a 60 day period! Don't waste your money with Lexington like I did, use credit firm and save yourself the money and aggravation.

The price is good..that's it!! Been with this repair company for a little over 3 months. My credit score increased then decreased! Shoulda been simple because really only have hospital collections on my report and hard inquiries. They do not respond when you contact them by message or not even when calling. You do not get a personal analysis. I really believe the good reviews are not real customers. Save your money do not waste your time. I gave them to stars because of the price. I'm not even going to ask for a refund because I'm sure this to is not going to happen. This is a real customer!!
