They won’t lift a finger! They won’t lift a finger! If you do business with them, you’ll wait for the amount time they’ll tell you to wait after paying them, and then nothing. Because they send ZERO dispute letter to the credit bureaus. If you don’t believe me after paying them call the bureaus! They are the most dishonest people ever. They are using our desperate situation shamelessly and should be arrested.

I’m usually not one to write reviews… I’m usually not one to write reviews but, after neglecting my credit for years I finally had the courage to take a look at my credit report and I was in complete shock. So much stuff I didn’t even know existed. Old debt for Comcast, AT&T, an apartment complex I left because they had roaches, car insurance, medical, so much!!!! Pages and pages of companies I’ve never heard off all saying that I owe the money. Made my head spin. I was going to let it go but, I decided that I was going to do something about my scores once and for all. I signed up a few months ago with creditfirm.net and although we’re not done yet, we’re making great progress. I had 17 accounts removed so far and my scores are starting to go up. I know that there’s a lot more work to do and that this process takes time but, for the first time in a while I have hope, hope that things will be better, and I have faith in creditfirm. Communication: A++++++ I don't know what these people are talking about. I can get ahold of someone anytime I need even at 3am. I got 4 accounts deleted after my first month. This company is worth every penny. Some people aren't happy no matter waht, I'm happy with the service, communication and most important the results.

DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY This is totally very frustrating to deal with these people. They dont email, call, or answer any questions. They simply stop responding to you. You have to literally cancel your card and get a new one since they don't stop charging your card. Update 8/16/21 They replied to my review comment today, but nothing has been done on my behalf. Nothing has been removed from my credit report. No agency has changed anything, they mentioned they mailed out stuff, but the only thing they did was update my address to the current one. Horrible service

The price is good..that's it!! Been with this repair company for a little over 3 months. My credit score increased then decreased! Shoulda been simple because really only have hospital collections on my report and hard inquiries. They do not respond when you contact them by message or not even when calling. You do not get a personal analysis. I really believe the good reviews are not real customers. Save your money do not waste your time. I gave them to stars because of the price. I'm not even going to ask for a refund because I'm sure this to is not going to happen. This is a real customer!!
