Highly recommend I am extremely satisfied with the way Pinnacle Credit Repair was able to repair my credit. Andre has been very thorough with explaining everything on my accounts and took the time to answer every question that I had. Even when working with other reps in the company, they always made the terms and mechanics of repairing my credit very simplified in an easy way to follow. I have been with them for about 4 months and though my credit score started in the low 600'sits, its already in the 700's and is continuing to improve. He talked a really good game at… He talked a really good game at first... After I Venmo'd him $1500 he started talking down to me for being hispanic and then not responding at all. The reason I initially reached out was to get help so I could buy a truck I needed for work. He made many promises and also promised a 100% money back guarantee. As of now no communication. No Refund. I've disputed the charge with my Bank but Venmo doesn't offer buyer protection. You HAVE BEEN WARNED. Don't make the same mistake as me and many others have! I gave him 2 stars because his credit sweep did help me get the new truck lease, but right after all the negative "removed" items came back! And I found out that's a highly illegal practice.

This guy is a total scammer! Little Ear... This guy is a total scammer. Search for him on youtube "Andrew Pinnacle Credit" before doing business, I wish I had. He will reply to this as he always does with this: 1) you're not our client 2) you've harassed my company (one person by the way, him) and we've cut you off 3) We tried to reach out to you many times but you didn't respond, please send a message to blah blah blah. 4) They have no contact on file for me. But get this, I have the contract I have the screen shots I have the whatsapp messages where he calls me the N word I have everything. Send me a message and I will show you it ALL. Another thing, this guy does is end his responses with a ":)" it's a psychopath's way of diffusing the situation. He has his shirt off in ever video because he's also feeling constricted. It's psychology folks. I can provide ever single document and conversation. UPDATE: Just like I said he replied with "However, after thorough investigation, we could not find any record of correspondence or business dealings with anyone by your name." - He's Sherlock Holmes now investigating huh? Searching through his own email after deleting my emails on camera and that's "proof" we never did business? Something fishy going on here and anyone with one brain cell can figure out this guy is a joke. I want my money back Andrew!

We begin to work with his company late June and it is now late August and such an improvement has happened. 18 collections have been removed and 40 injuries, WOW! My score started at 554 and it is now 620.
