DO NOT pay this guy up front he will do little to nothing to assist you with trying to improve your credit and belittle you for having bad credit no matter the circumstances that led to getting there. I definitely would run away from this company

Highly recommend I am extremely satisfied with the way Pinnacle Credit Repair was able to repair my credit. Andre has been very thorough with explaining everything on my accounts and took the time to answer every question that I had. Even when working with other reps in the company, they always made the terms and mechanics of repairing my credit very simplified in an easy way to follow. I have been with them for about 4 months and though my credit score started in the low 600'sits, its already in the 700's and is continuing to improve. Andre is very arrogant Andre is very arrogant, condescending and unprofessional. He looks down on you and belittles you because you have bad credit. He is very unresponsive. He is also a one man army. If you expect typical customer service Don looknfor it with Andre.I'm considering posting tect messages he said to me so no one else has to deal with his elitist attitude. Because he is repairing your credit he think he is better than you.

Be aware ! This is a scam Be aware! This company is scam. I paid money for credit repair with 120 days satisfaction and money back guarantee. Didn't do anything on my credit repair. I reached out to Andre via email, messages and call but never heard back. I am sure they will claim something else, will show client videos etc but they could be a fluke or working for some people and not everyone. Plus not getting money with money back guarantee sucks. Be aware and dont use this service, you will end up losing your money with no progress to your credit.
