BAD Company Warning !!! This Company is the worst company I ever had to deal with. They start nice excepting your money and your phone calls but once they collect their upfront fees everything changes. You are no longer able to contact them by phone and they don't return calls until two or three days later. Now I'm getting calls from my creditor whom they were supposed to handle but I'm left to deal with it on my own and now I'm out of a few more thousand dollars in fees that were paid to them. If anyone reads this "DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY" at all

We took some Merchant Advances, only after they promised us that after a couple of weeks, they could reorganize our debt load to a more manageable level. When the time came for that to happen, they were all awol, and entirely non-responsive. That led us to contact MCA Resolve. They immediately instructed us on how to continue, cut our payment way back to a manageable level, which we paid into an escrow account, and began negotiating with our creditors on our behalf. MCA handled our complicated case. MCA worked with us, we had a very complicated case and they took us under there wing, we stayed the course and all debits have been settled and paid in full. They are knowledgeable, fair, friendly and take the time to explain everything in detail. If you are ever in the place that you need there services, I would choose them over a lot of the other companies. They have the knowledge and long standing professional relationships which gives them the edge with everyone else.

This company took about 200k of our… This company took about 200k of our money and told me it was being put into a escrow account to enable them to negotiate our debt. I was paying them close to 10k a week, after 6 months of payments I started asking how much is in our escrow account and when it took them 3 weeks to answer, i deferred payments to them until I got answers. Shortly thereafter they terminated our agreement and said only 16k went to an MCA company and the rest they kept as their fee. We are in a much worse situation, the owner Elliot Dinov called me himself and yelled at me on the phone and said "good luck getting anywhere, many have tried but gotten nowhere."

The BEST company! I know that if it wasn't for MCA Resolve, I wouldn't have been able to keep my business open. The support from everyone there is definitely far above the other firms I talked with about my situation. They kept me well informed during the whole process. They did everything they said they would and then some. The people that was on my case were absolutely miles above their peers. I would recommend them to everyone that finds themselves in a bad loan agreement. Thanks to the peace of mind they gave me during the process, I was able to carry on with my duties.
