We took some Merchant Advances, only after they promised us that after a couple of weeks, they could reorganize our debt load to a more manageable level. When the time came for that to happen, they were all awol, and entirely non-responsive. That led us to contact MCA Resolve. They immediately instructed us on how to continue, cut our payment way back to a manageable level, which we paid into an escrow account, and began negotiating with our creditors on our behalf. Do not use this company BIG SCAM Do not use this company. They are a big scam. They talk very good in the beginning but cut off communication after you get your money in there account with no settlement going out to anyone. Your creditors will be calling you all the time and the only thing this people will say is we'll get in touch with them only to ignore you the next time you call. It was a horrible experience It was a horrible experience. I only need a few weeks respite from my weekly loan payments but kept me on with lies, manipulations and intimidations. The sales and account reps seemed nice and supportive initially, but when I had questions, they started ghosting me. I was ready to pay my debt of $95K after few weeks but they lied to me saying would get a better deal after a few more weeks but this was to feather their nests. They ended up charging 36K as their fees with me still owing $16k. Please stay away from them. It was a triple jeopardy.
