From the first conversation with Mike Shelby and couple others that I talk too. I had a pleasure of working with Mini Robin's who was my rep negotiator in taking care of my horrendous creditor, who was harassing my family day and night. Mini was professional ,caring and accommodating to my needs ,she literally went over everything step by step and even kept me updated on my file. She literally did exactly what she said she will do.
