They are basically capitalizing on people's lack of knowledge of how to deal with MCA creditors. They got $1500 from me before I did my homework and realized I was getting scammed, so shame on me, but you don't need these folks to negotiate a settlement.

It was a horrible experience It was a horrible experience. I only need a few weeks respite from my weekly loan payments but kept me on with lies, manipulations and intimidations. The sales and account reps seemed nice and supportive initially, but when I had questions, they started ghosting me. I was ready to pay my debt of $95K after few weeks but they lied to me saying would get a better deal after a few more weeks but this was to feather their nests. They ended up charging 36K as their fees with me still owing $16k. Please stay away from them. It was a triple jeopardy.

MCA Resolve Account Representative Each of the MCA Resolve account representatives was knowledgeable and assisted me through the process with patience. At no time did they get frustrated with my many questions and requests for additional information. They understand small businesses and have a willingness to help.

No regrets! They always took the time to explain each step of the process. Every week they would call and ask if I had any questions or if there was anything to report. They would respond right away via phone or email if/when I had anything to ask or report.

MCA AND BEN 1rst class all the way Ben, has been a class act from the start, he did exactly what he promised to do plus more. In the next month or so will be back hole again and will be able to continue going forward in business. I can’t say enough about Mca and Ben. Both are five stars in my eyes. Keith P
