The support from everyone there is definitely far above the other firms I talked with about my situation. They kept me well informed during the whole process. WARNING: You can negotiate settlements without their help. You can negotiate settlements without the help of this company. They are basically capitalizing on people's lack of knowledge of how to deal with MCA creditors. They got $1500 from me before I did my homework and realized I was getting scammed, so shame on me, but you don't need these folks to negotiate a settlement.

At no time did they get frustrated with my many questions and requests for additional information. They understand small businesses and have a willingness to help.

MCA handled our complicated case. MCA worked with us, we had a very complicated case and they took us under there wing, we stayed the course and all debits have been settled and paid in full. They are knowledgeable, fair, friendly and take the time to explain everything in detail. If you are ever in the place that you need there services, I would choose them over a lot of the other companies. They have the knowledge and long standing professional relationships which gives them the edge with everyone else.
