The BEST company! I know that if it wasn't for MCA Resolve, I wouldn't have been able to keep my business open. The support from everyone there is definitely far above the other firms I talked with about my situation. They kept me well informed during the whole process. They did everything they said they would and then some. The people that was on my case were absolutely miles above their peers. MCA handled our complicated case. MCA worked with us, we had a very complicated case and they took us under there wing, we stayed the course and all debits have been settled and paid in full. They are knowledgeable, fair, friendly and take the time to explain everything in detail. If you are ever in the place that you need there services, I would choose them over a lot of the other companies. They have the knowledge and long standing professional relationships which gives them the edge with everyone else.

This company took about 200k of our… This company took about 200k of our money and told me it was being put into a escrow account to enable them to negotiate our debt. I was paying them close to 10k a week, after 6 months of payments I started asking how much is in our escrow account and when it took them 3 weeks to answer, i deferred payments to them until I got answers. Shortly thereafter they terminated our agreement and said only 16k went to an MCA company and the rest they kept as their fee. We are in a much worse situation, the owner Elliot Dinov called me himself and yelled at me on the phone and said "good luck getting anywhere, many have tried but gotten nowhere."
