GBWARNING: You can negotiate settlements without their help. You can negotiate settlements without the help of this company. They are basically capitalizing on people's lack of knowledge of how to deal with MCA creditors. They got $1500 from me before I did my homework and realized I was getting scammed, so shame on me, but you don't need these folks to negotiate a settlement.

GBThis company took about 200k of our… This company took about 200k of our money and told me it was being put into a escrow account to enable them to negotiate our debt. I was paying them close to 10k a week, after 6 months of payments I started asking how much is in our escrow account and when it took them 3 weeks to answer, i deferred payments to them until I got answers. Shortly thereafter they terminated our agreement and said only 16k went to an MCA company and the rest they kept as their fee. We are in a much worse situation, the owner Elliot Dinov called me himself and yelled at me on the phone and said "good luck getting anywhere, many have tried but gotten nowhere."
