From the first conversation with Mike Shelby and couple others that I talk too. I had a pleasure of working with Mini Robin's who was my rep negotiator in taking care of my horrendous creditor, who was harassing my family day and night. Mini was professional ,caring and accommodating to my needs ,she literally went over everything step by step and even kept me updated on my file. She literally did exactly what she said she will do. This company is a scam company This company is a scam company. They took $5,500 from me without doing anything. Beware of dealing with them. They do not have any way to solve your problem. They only make you get into a lot of problems. Advice, do not deal with them.
