MCA handled our complicated case. MCA worked with us, we had a very complicated case and they took us under there wing, we stayed the course and all debits have been settled and paid in full. They are knowledgeable, fair, friendly and take the time to explain everything in detail. It was a horrible experience It was a horrible experience. I only need a few weeks respite from my weekly loan payments but kept me on with lies, manipulations and intimidations. The sales and account reps seemed nice and supportive initially, but when I had questions, they started ghosting me. I was ready to pay my debt of $95K after few weeks but they lied to me saying would get a better deal after a few more weeks but this was to feather their nests. They ended up charging 36K as their fees with me still owing $16k. Please stay away from them. It was a triple jeopardy.
