They immediately instructed us on how to continue, cut our payment way back to a manageable level, which we paid into an escrow account, and began negotiating with our creditors on our behalf. Mca resolve is a piece of crap company Mca resolve is a piece of crap company. How they sleep at night is beyond me. They come in when clients like us need help and they just take your money. The BEST company! I know that if it wasn't for MCA Resolve, I wouldn't have been able to keep my business open. The support from everyone there is definitely far above the other firms I talked with about my situation. They kept me well informed during the whole process. They did everything they said they would and then some. The people that was on my case were absolutely miles above their peers. I would recommend them to everyone that finds themselves in a bad loan agreement. Thanks to the peace of mind they gave me during the process, I was able to carry on with my duties. Do not use this company BIG SCAM Do not use this company. They are a big scam. They talk very good in the beginning but cut off communication after you get your money in there account with no settlement going out to anyone. Your creditors will be calling you all the time and the only thing this people will say is we'll get in touch with them only to ignore you the next time you call. I had to get in touch with my creditor and work it out myself. I'm going to have to file a law suit against these people to get my money back. Don't trust Shyla Ford big lier
