They also work very slowly and won’t communicate effectively with you. Had liens placed on accounts. Couldn’t make payments because and had to close. They just stop negotiating with the companies and didn’t say anything. Started off taking payments on Tuesday and then randomly changed to Friday. Told me that they could do that if wanted. All my deposits are made on Monday and Tuesday from the weekend.

Furthermore they do not have an attorney, but a quack that sends one sentence email to creditor and nothing further.

They are making payment on another lender. They paid out about 5k. Now do the math. 25k minus 5k 20k les than 400.00 paid the other company in full. Now their fees. Maybe 4k. That still leaves over 16,k. Now they are lying saying all money were paid out on the 2 lender. There is no paid in full letter which they call it zero balance letter. They are crooks.
