This company is not doing what the… This company is not doing what the contract they sent. Contract is worthless. They collected about 25k over 8 months. They paid off one lender. Less than 400.00. They are making payment on another lender. They paid out about 5k. Now do the math. 25k minus 5k 20k les than 400.00 paid the other company in full. Now their fees. Maybe 4k. That still leaves over 16,k. Now they are lying saying all money were paid out on the 2 lender. There is no paid in full letter which they call it zero balance letter. They are crooks. Now the 3 company they just blow them off. Now I am getting sue again. I have a case in with the Attorney general office I. Miami. I asking all that been burn by them to come and joint me in stoping this company from burning any one else. Oh the so call making a company bankable try bankruptable. They spend up your mo ey and use it for what they want to use it for. They have to be stop

Whatever you do, read your agreement and know that you can cancel within 3 days but you will not get any money back. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BANK INFO AT ALL COSTS My company was approached by DCG on April 2nd 2024. The call representative stated that they could help halve or lessen our payments to our creditors. While we did not need any assistance as we are financially healthy, their sales pitch of putting the saved money back into the business was very appealing and we agreed to go through with their process. Let me state that their call representative stated that no fees or charges would be paid by us, they would get their fees via the settlement by the creditors. Once you finish the call with the call representative you are then passed onto a woman named Gigi who explains a little bit of the process and starts to open a case file for you. Once your case is opened, it is passed onto a case manager by the name of Alondra. She then will ask you to call your bank and stop any ACH payments to your creditors. They want you to do this because defaulting on your loans will give them negotiating power to settled your overall debt. However your credit worthiness will be trashed, your creditors may incur fees and you may even face litigation pretty much running your business. From here on out you will receive a debt settlement agreement that I assume most do not read in its entirety since they tend to catch you during the busy part of your day and they do rush you. Well if you read this agreement, you will understand that they want you to pay them a weekly fee that is then supposedly deposited into an account that will be used to settle your total debt. This fee is immediately withdrawn from your account via ACH. The agreement also states that "Effects of Participation in a Debt Resolution Program: Failing to make your payments to your Creditors may be breaking the terms of agreements with your Creditors, and (a) will likely adversely affect your creditworthiness, credit report, and credit score, and (b) may lead creditors to increase finance charges, add late fees, and pursue litigation or other legal collection actions. Any such creditor contact should be referred to Company. Forgiveness or cancellation of some or all Debt, and the amount of such forgiveness or cancellation may have tax consequences and should be brought to the attention of a tax professional." "Advice Rendered: You agree that we do not provide legal, tax, or bankruptcy advice." Basically you agree to ruin your business and that they are not responsible and will not help in any way. Thankfully there is a cancellation clause and period: "Cancellation/Rescission Period: You have the right to terminate this Agreement for any reason for three (3) calendar days from the day of execution of this Agreement." On April 5th, I called and emailed and had my case/file terminated. I then asked for a refund and was given another document which was a refund settlement agreement that basically was just giving me a portion of what they originally withdrew from my bank. I did not see any reason why I should accept a settlement when no services were provided, I cancelled within 3 calendar days, there is nothing in any document that states the fees are non-refundable if you cancel within the cancellation period so this was what I told Alondra but they keep sending me the document hoping I will sign it because some refund is better than none right? Well so is leaving an honest and factual terrible review of their services and their shady business practices.
