Positive Experience with DCG I was in a great need of help, Debt Consultants Group reached out to me because clearly there were red flags around my business. I was sceptical at first but decided to go with it because I messed up and needed help. It has taken a while, a little over the 2 year plan. But I can not thank Geoff, Gigi, Eric, David and the team enough. If it wasn't for them and the attorney they work with (Michelle), my business would have probably folded. But now, I am one advance away from being all settled up, Michelle really did wonders, DCG did a great job in guiding me and offering input when needed. Plus, keeping track and having full reports of where the money went and how it was distributed. The communication has been wonderful and they were always and email/text or phone call away. It takes time, does not get solved right away and I learned that. These guys were awesome, as I hope to never need them in a debt settlement way again, I would vouch for them any chance I can.

Recieve multiple daily text… Recieve multiple daily text solicitations from them. When confronted they stated they were going to put me on the marketing list. Harassment plain and simple. They are a scam. Stay away! *edit- these scumbags still continually call/text me daily after being told numerous times to stop. Cockroaches

Debt Consultants Group is a true ally… Debt Consultants Group is a true ally in financial distress. They helped me reduce my payments and put my business back on track!

COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!! COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!!! STAY AWAY!!!! When I started working with them they told me they could settle for an amount that would have saved me a little over 20K. I started making all the required payments. I let them know that I was ready to negotiate a lump sum payment with my debtor. They did NOTHING! Every time I asked for the ledger showing my payments, I never received the correct numbers. Eli sent me one set of numbers, Gigi sent different figures, and at the end all the numbers they sent over were different. Now, my business is on the verge of being sued and my credit is ruined (the original debtor charged off the debt - even though I have made every single payment to DCG) because they have done NOTHING to help me settle the case. Now their only options are to pay the full amount of the original debt -- with the original payment plan or pay a very reduced amount of the debt in a lump sum. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

Both of the customer service employees… Both of the customer service employees I spoke with today were great. Thank you Isaac and Jordan for getting me started on my debt relief. I appreciate you..
