They were great until a few years ago. They were great until a few years ago. Now its no response unless pushed and even then its a non-response. In short, I've been chasing them for a month about how much of my windfall I can keep in order to go ahead with applying for a mortgage, that I'm now being chased by my landlord about. The only response I have received was a non-response at 5am, to which I immediately replied due to the fact I was awake at that time. I asked clearly what information I needed for I could go ahead with my application and still I haven't received anything. It took 3 weeks to receive a non-response. I've had previous issues with them hounding me for my annual review - despite the fact I had already sent the information. I have even sent chaser emails and requests for confirmation and had nothing, except them threatening to fail my IVA. I will be submitting a formal complaint and, if nothing is heard from this, will be referring to the ombudsmen as not only is this affecting me financially, and mentally but also my landlord

When it comes to annual reviews they… When it comes to annual reviews they will always try to get more money out of you. This time they are asking for money as I got a small bonus at Christmas,so I sent an extra 3payslips showing that I also received less pay (£1500 in total) as I had been off with depression and on top of this high inflation rates. This does not make any difference to them, they just to get as much money out of you andpressure you by saying you will fail your agreement. I would use a different company to help you, wish this was better than I thought it would be but when they try to take more money from you even when I took home less it's not fair.

Don’t go to Creditfix for help with debt. I’ve been with Credit fix for nearly a year. I hit rock bottom when my Cat Penne died. Credit fix took all of my details leaving no stone unturned regardless of my input at the time. They left out an important creditor from day one and after many phone calls Creditfix haven’t fulfilled their part of the contract that I signed. They left out other creditors from my IVA who have now sold debts to other companies. Because of this I’m being harassed by phone and text by companies that I’ve never done business with. . I was also asked for more money by Creditfix to be taken from from my creditors to go to creditfix with regards to rising costs in living for living crisis. Which I thought an absolute cheek. Do not use Creditfix. They want to make money from downfalls. You get stuck with an IVA 5 years and turned away from everyone.Creditfix don’t put all of your creditors into your IVA. Creditfix don’t show you what they do with your money. To date I have given Creditfix £1125 and I don’t know where the money is actually going. The adverts are lies. No more harassment is a lie. We take care of your debts is a lie.

Would give them zero stars Would give them zero stars, if I could have. I have emailed them so many times I have lost count, telling them I am no longer able to pay the IVA, which I was informed by a debt specialist, I had paid their fee in full by the time I emailed them to cancel it. They have completely ignored every email I have sent them and continue to bombard me with emails a texts telling me that I need to update my payment details. I cancelled the debit payment, and got a new bank card, so they can't keep trying to take money from my account.
