They put a great deal of effort into… They put a great deal of effort into helping their clients. Friendly and good service. But don’t expect to not pay for this service as they charge over and above the original fee to secure their help in order to continue helping you with the IRS.

Can’t comment until case has been… Can’t comment until case has been closed. Also first time using type of service. Lots of paperwork, documents involved. Case manager does contact client on case and gives updated information.

I was very happy with the service… I was very happy with the service provided. My rep was good at reminding me of the items that needed to be completed and would reach out periodically via text to keep me on schedule.
