this company is a scam for sure this company is a scam for sure , they tell you its not guaranteed but they dont even try to help you , the credit disputes they do are disputes you can submit yourself on expierian and credit karma yourself, theres no lawyer signature or anything on these disputes. wasted a good $250 for here, don't be me.

Payment When I opened my account I was told my payment would be 137.00... This morning I looked at my Bank and noticed they have taken 187.00. Plus my credit report remains the same.. Nothing was removed..Now I feel they cannot be Trusted and to close my account..

awful customer service awful customer service, make sure you document everything in email form on the notes section. do not speak with anyone on the phone. They take forever to respond back and did not contact or help to reduce collections in my case at all.

6 moths no change, scam In 6 months my credit score didn’t change at all nothing removed. Over 6 months and 196 a month nothing changed. After the 3rd month I called to cancel was told I had to write and email. Wrote the email they claim they never got it and kept charging my account 196 called to complain I wanted a refund and all I got was they would try to refund me even tho they have done absolutely no work on my account they feel it’s right to keep my money. Also this company cannot he found on the BBB use another company you will regret using this one

6 months ago I signed up to get 6… 6 months ago I signed up to get 6 inquiries and 2 old 30 day lates removed. After 6 months, nothing removed and I did not receive a single correspondence from any creditor regarding any letter sent. Colossal waste of time and money.
