Key Credit DISAPPOINTMENT Key Credit DISAPPOINTMENT I worked with them from August-2023 until March 2024 I haven’t seen any results every time I login in to check the results it says dispute the lady I spoke to Jennifer said I shouldn’t need the whole program she told me 3 months max key credit it’s not worth it no results I strongly do not recommend this company I spent over 100s of dollars for nothing no results no updates no nothing!

BEFORE SIGNING UP, I WAS TOLD THAT REMOVING BAD CREDIT WOULD BE EASY AS PROFESSIONALS ARE DISPUTING AND THEREFORE KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH CREDITORS. I HAVE PAID $1000 ALREADY AND IT HAS BEEN OVER 6 MONTHS NOW. ALL OF MY NEGATIVES WOULD BE CLEARED. I CONSTANTLY HAD TO CHECK IN ON THE COMPANY AND ASK QUESTIONS. I DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY 'KEY CREDIT REPAIR' AND FEEL THAT THEY HAD LIED TO ME.

Garbage liar company Garbage liar company. They say they will clean your reports at lightning speed for $150 a month and when you call to ask what is going on they give you a scripted answer about what they are doing for you and how there is more than just negative item removal to repairing credit - my ass. Spent $600 with them and pulled the plug for good with not one iota of anything ever getting done.

This is not a company that is rated Started in April. No communication after they took my money. On site states mailed but never received anything from the credit bureaus. Canceled asked for a refund. They canceled but when I called the client service number it's for Ameri Save Morg. Called other number on hold for 15 mins the guy came back on and said we have to review your acct to see if you qualify for a refund. Sorry I'm not here to hand out free money I allowed almost a full month but like I said how do I know you all even did anything. Just sitting there and collecting free money from people. Communication is unprofessional this is not how a paying client should be handled. The only time I heard or spoke to anyone was the day I gave my cc number .
