Caution.. Caution... I do not know how effective this company is on repairing credit. I did not go through with it due to not needing the services any longer. I tried to cancel my membership two weeks prior to the transaction authorized to be taken out from my credit card and was told I needed to speak with the representative that opened my membership, instead of instantly canceling. They stated it was their policy and promised that they will call back and reassured me that I had enough time to cancel before the payment was due and that they will not processed an attempt. Well of course as of today I find out they did process a payment and no one ever contacted me back. This is very frustrating and inconvenient. Just an extra headache I don’t need and regret ever contacting this company in the first place. Caution if you are not sure you want this service and consider canceling their service.. beware! The canceling services is not accessible when you want it to be. It is on their terms. So that advertisement of canceling at anytime is not true!

Bad sevice Bad sevice . Cancelled subscription twice and kept debating my bank account. Called for refund and all they gave me are excuses! Still waiting for someone to call me back.

After seventy days with no response from the credit Bureaus or this people and taking their monthly fees they have nothing to said but lies and excuses. BEFORE SIGNING UP, I WAS TOLD THAT REMOVING BAD CREDIT WOULD BE EASY AS PROFESSIONALS ARE DISPUTING AND THEREFORE KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH CREDITORS. I HAVE PAID $1000 ALREADY AND IT HAS BEEN OVER 6 MONTHS NOW. ALL OF MY NEGATIVES WOULD BE CLEARED. I CONSTANTLY HAD TO CHECK IN ON THE COMPANY AND ASK QUESTIONS. I DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY 'KEY CREDIT REPAIR' AND FEEL THAT THEY HAD LIED TO ME.
