Robert Harris was an outstanding rep Robert Harris was an outstanding rep. He carefully went through all the coverages for auto and home. He explained all my options and what the costs were. He was patient and answered all my questions and concerns thoughtfully. He helped me get the insurance that was best for my needs. I was canceled from California Casualty through no fault of my own. California Casualty no longer services PA. Needless to say I was anxious about getting new insurance after 25+ years with California. Robert helped make the transition move smoothly.
