He was patient and answered all my questions and concerns thoughtfully. He helped me get the insurance that was best for my needs. I was canceled from California Casualty through no fault of my own. California Casualty no longer services PA. Needless to say I was anxious about getting new insurance after 25+ years with California. Robert helped make the transition move smoothly.
