Great customer service, mediocre website. The operator, Sheralee Simms, was very helpful in setting up my policy. 5 Stars for her. Creating my online account was not a smooth process, however, and I am still having errors pop up related to documents that need signed even though I have confirmed I have completed everything. Had to create a 2nd account and still have the same issues.

Michael B. worked with me over the phone to gather all the information needed for a true quote, and we closed the deal in about 15 minutes (or less). I was very happy with both the cost and the ease of the process. The service was excellent.
