I had explored other insurance… I had explored other insurance companies looking for the best rate and coverage. By far, American Collectors Insurance was the best coverage for my money and didn't have all kinds of restrictions on when and where I can drive my car. The staff are very helpful and professional.

Great customer service, mediocre website. The operator, Sheralee Simms, was very helpful in setting up my policy. 5 Stars for her. Creating my online account was not a smooth process, however, and I am still having errors pop up related to documents that need signed even though I have confirmed I have completed everything. Had to create a 2nd account and still have the same issues.
