Nicole is wonderful!! I initially spoke with Nicole over a month ago. She was so thorough, helpful and patient. When it was finally time to purchase teh insurance I opted to call her back rather than do online as I wanted the assurance that I understood everything and was purchasing the right plan for me and my family.

Very patient listener Very patient listener, willing to give options and accept refusal of the full cancellation coverage for me, but provided a policy for my grandson with that coverage. Two different travelers, residing in two different states, with a huge age gap, and both Miranda and Shanna were not daunted by those differences. I was also happy to work with TD on a Sunday rather than wait for Monday.

Super Job!!!! In addition to being very helpful and knowledgeable, they (Katrina and Nicole) were so cheerful, which means they enjoy their job. They walked me through the process and provided assistance as I had questions. They answered them all!
