Nicole is wonderful!! I initially spoke with Nicole over a month ago. She was so thorough, helpful and patient. When it was finally time to purchase teh insurance I opted to call her back rather than do online as I wanted the assurance that I understood everything and was purchasing the right plan for me and my family.

Every aspect of the purchase process was great There was no long wait in queue to speak to an agent. The two different agents that I spoke with were knowledgeable, professional and cordial. They did a great job explaining the coverages and other crucial policy provisions. Great Job.

Great experince! Christiana made this first time experience of buying travel insurance for seniors (husband and wife) so easy and delightful. Computers kind of intimidate me but she walked me through every step of the way so I could print. I was quite disappointed to call other companies and found out some of them did not cover seniors. Great site for travel insurance There was an explanation of the different features for the insurance. Then each company was listed with its features and cost. Having already looked for travel insurance, I knew the costs were better than I had found. Excellent site
