We've had multiple conversations with him on what we might change and when. During our most recent call, I thought it might be time to adjust the policy however he felt very strongly that we should keep the current policy for another 2-3 years and review at that time. I mention this as he likely would have made more money on us had he recommended an adjustment be made. I appreciate him playing the long game with us and it shows he has our best interests as a priority.

GBI am beyond impressed I am beyond impressed! They said they could complete a key-person policy in just two weeks (everyone else was 2+ months). They had it completed in less than the estimated two weeks. The policy also cost slightly less than others had quoted. It was a much better experience than any insurance experience I've had previously.

GBMichael Gray Michael Gray should have a five star rating in all the boxes. We are a couple in our eighties living on social security and have been paying on a life insurance policy for my husband for over 30 years. We did not know at the time that the premiums would one day get so high we could not afford them. I wish we had known Michael Gray 30 plus years ago when we bought the policy. Our premiums got so high we could not afford them. Michael Gray, who we did not know and had never had any business with went out of his way to help us. He made numerous phone calls and sent emails, and letters on our behalf. I know of no one else who would have done what he did for us. We did not have any policies with him and he was not getting any compensation for all of this help. If he had not helped us we would have had to lose the policy or take out a personal loan to pay the premiums. Thanks to his help we were able to come to a reasonable solution with Pen Mutual. We will be forever in his debt for all he did for us. He saved our policy and helped take a tremendous load off of our shoulders. We will never forget all he did for us.
